Brett is an advertising professional, brand manager, and content developer with over 6 years of experience ranging from the hospitality industry, to intercollegiate athletics communications, to marketing. He is a creative wordsmith skilled in developing both client-specific marketing and customer acquisition strategies, as well as a thoughtful producer of organic and commercial creative art campaigns.
Before joining The Focus Group, Brett worked in the casino and hospitality industry at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, MS, as an Advertising Specialist, where he oversaw daily media and production management for internal departments and advertising for casino patrons. He primarily worked in promoting upcoming headliner entertainment at the resort, developing marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets at property and casino promotions and invitations for high-standing casino players. Brett’s experience before the Beau Rivage came in athletics communications at Western Kentucky University and internships with Conference USA and the Washington Football Team, where he managed social media accounts, distributed weekly releases and stories to local, national and digital media and directed press box operations for home games.
In addition to driving brand awareness and growth for clients, Brett plays a pivotal role in creative campaigns and copywriting. He works with our team to produce artwork that expands the brand and drives results for our clients. He is also Google Ads Certified and manages the digital ad campaigns and strategies for several client accounts.
