Experience

Service fanatic and positive multi-tasker with more than a decade of customer service experience ranging from in-person to virtual telecommunications. Kristin currently assists some of The Focus Group’s larger clients with email marketing campaigns and reputation management in both the social media and eCommerce realms.

Before joining The Focus Group, Kristin spent three years as a Customer Service Representative for the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation under the Department of Labor for the states of Maine and Massachusetts. In her role, she assisted individuals with managing their online accounts and claims – contributing to the economic stability of the citizens and the states as a whole by providing access to temporary employer-funded benefits to those eligible while they sought re-employment.

Prior to working with the DOL, Kristin served as a Customer Service Agent for Savilinx, LLC, on the client experience team for the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (BENEFEDS). There she supported state and federal employees with registering and managing their online accounts as well as signing up for health insurance benefits during the open enrollment season.

Kristin is currently completing her associate degree in applied business and plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is an expert in customer service and data entry with advanced skills in crucial communications, public speaking, problem-solving and most importantly, teamwork.
