We are seeking a highly driven business development professional who thrives on closing new business and has experience in our field. The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities for the agency’s services, develop relationships, and write compelling and thoughtful proposals based on a thorough understanding of the prospect’s needs and challenges. The new business development professional will generate research on prospects, assemble reports, work with the team to prepare plans and estimates designed to achieve the client’s goals. The new business development professional will maintain in the CRM a prospect database and use best practices to continue to find and add new prospects and follow up with existing prospects.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Skilled at identifying new business opportunities through strategic identification of targets, networking in business and civic groups, and other means of uncovering opportunities.
  • Excellent written an oral communication skills, including speaking in front of groups and senior level prospects.
  • Track record of creative problem solving and developing strategic solutions.
  • Fluent in current marketing, advertising, PR, digital media, social media and traditional media terminology, techniques, platforms and strategies.
  • Comfortable representing agency in the community through business/civic organizations.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics along with developing client reports for all platforms.
  • Understands how to work within a CRM to maintain a new business prospect database, using CRM’s capabilities for follow-ups, reminders, communication and more.
  • Experience winning profitable new accounts for an agency with similar services (or equivalent).
  • Track record of keeping timely contact with prospects through regular emails, mailings, phone calls, and appointments.
  • Self-motivated, driven, ability to work independently and good attention to detail.

Education and Experience: BA/BS in from an Accredited four-year college or university. Degree in Business, Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications or Advertising, a plus but any degree considered.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong track record of closing new business and new business growth in previous position(s).
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.

Full-Stack Website Developer

We have a growing our web development department and are seeking an additional developer. Our ideal candidate is an advocate for great user experience, has strong collaborative skills, and is organized and methodical. Theideal candidate can demonstrate strong experience with web programming and WordPress and is able to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions. Working within the creative department offers opportunities for this developer to assist designers and offer strategy.


  • Collaborate with the creative team from start to finish on web development projects
  • Code custom websites with the latest technology with UX, function, and security in mind
  • Maintain current, live websites safely and without supervision
  • Give input on architecture, user-experience, content strategy, and design
  • Capable of bringing a design to life with code
  • Work and manage DNS records for various websites
  • Communicate effectively to team and clients
  • Self-motivated to keep up with latest trends and best practices for web

We seek a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience working directly in digital with current, working knowledge and a successful track record with all aspects of digital marketing and media placement — social media (growing and engaging audiences), display advertising, including programmatic and campaigns, email marketing, SEO, SEM and more Candidate needs to have current knowledge of multiple social media and other digital platforms and current algorithms. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of best digital and social media practices, front-end web development and digital media production in all formats along with knowledge and skills with CMS website platforms like WordPress.

We are looking for a motivated public relations professional with at least 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This person needs to be an expert at persuasion through all forms of media, social media, printed, events, relationships and other strategic communications. We want both a savvy and proven storyteller who likes working with and understanding the challenges of a variety of clients to help protect, build or enhance their reputations, shape their image, finding positive messages and turning those into positive stories.

This professional also needs to understand and have experience when the news is bad — formulating the best responses and helping mitigate the damage when a crisis or negative situation arises.

The ideal candidate must have excellent written and oral communcations skills and will need to provide samples of previous work.
