Ethan got his feet wet working with BEST Logistics Group, a full-service logistics and transportation provider out of North Carolina, his home state, where he excelled in achieving industry-leading customer and revenue growth through his skilled expertise in networking and client success. It’s that same know-how that he now brings to The Focus Group, where he hit the ground running in assuming account management duties for many of our valued clients.

Now, Ethan works every day to provide a fresh perspective to how we approach client relations. He strives to deliver on customer satisfaction while simultaneously looking for new ways to liven up our deliverables, working closely with our content and creative teams to find engaging means of pushing our customers forward into continued success.
