Jason has more than 20 years of experience working in digital marketing and web development. He is a seasoned web developer and marketing communications strategist who works to leverage the experience and skills of our team to deliver successful digital products and campaigns for our clients. He has a thorough understanding of marketing objectives and communications strategies, as well as extensive technology expertise, making him a valuable member of our team and leader.
Prior to working for The Focus Group, Jason worked with various brands over the years, including Master Card, Bank of America, City of Biloxi, The Dixie Group, Casino Magic, Isle of Capri Casinos, the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, and more. He served in roles developing and implementing digital consumer marketing touchpoints including website, email marketing, digital banner ads, kiosks, and slot machine interfaces for government, non-profit organizations, political campaigns, and regional gaming entities. He also spent over thirteen years developing and directing digital marketing in the manufacturing segment for both B2B and B2C sales channels.
Among his many accomplishments, Jason built and maintained the City of Biloxi’s website. He managed all their digital marketing, including the creation of an email newsletter to attract new visitors to the city and keep current citizens informed. He also worked on the digital marketing of B.B. King’s 80th Birthday benefit concert to raise money for the B.B. King Museum and Interpretive Center in Indianola, MS, and worked with state partners on the Alabama First initiative to support and promote Alabama small businesses.
