As the Director of Client Success, Jena brings over 25 years of professional experience to The Focus Group. With a robust and diverse background in advertising, office administration, team and client management, and customer service, she effectively leverages her skills to benefit The Focus Group’s diverse portfolio of clients. Jena’s skills, coupled with her unwavering passion for people and relentless pursuit of excellence, place our clients at the forefront of success.

Jena embarked on her career journey as an Operations Manager at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, where she led a sizable team and managed various aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, training, financials, and customer service. Recognized for her leadership and ability to drive improvements, she transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in her tenure as Project Manager at Christie Fountain Advertising, Inc. There, she demonstrated versatility and proficiency across multiple areas, working with diverse clients and handling tasks ranging from client relations to project management. In 2020, Jena took on the challenge of Business Manager at Cooler Solutions, LLC Heating and Air, where she spearheaded business development initiatives and nurtured client relationships. Now, as the Director of Client Success at The Focus Group, Jena brings her wealth of experience and expertise to ensure client expectations are exceeded at every turn while fulfilling her passion for leadership and client relations.
