Jena is our dedicated Director of Client Success, where her role is to oversee our company’s Brand Managers and ensure that all client relations are running smoothly. Her background in management, office administration, customer service and executive support means that facilitating constructive communication between our team and our clients is what she does best. She is skilled in leading teams to complete projects on time and within budget, while ensuring satisfaction in all parties involved.

Through experience working as Business and Project Managers for organizations such as Christie Fountain Advertising, Jena has become incredibly skilled in formulating business strategies, overseeing daily operations and coordinating client relations. She always has a firm grasp on clients’ needs, sometimes before they’re even aware of them, engineering strategic recommendations to help foster success. Jena knows that time is money and makes it her job to lead her team into utilizing it efficiently through setting strategic goals and carefully allocating resources.
