Vicki Rosetti-Applewhite has been helping organizations drive breakthrough growth with strategy, process, and execution for more than 25 years across various industries such as Transportation Services, Manufacturing, Marketing, Media, and Industrial Sales. Over the past decade, Vicki has lent her strategic planning expertise to The Focus Group, where she has led both internal and external sales, growth and marketing strategies for diverse media companies, commercial properties, manufacturers and service industries. She is a dedicated community volunteer who has led strategic planning for numerous non-profits including the Walter Anderson Museum of Art and the Mississippi Arts Commission (MAC).
In 2010, before joining The Focus Group, Applewhite was selected as part of a five-person leadership team charged with overseeing the combination of Alabama’s three largest independent newspapers (The Birmingham News, The Press-Register, and The Huntsville Times) and digital media company AL.com into one multi-media company, Alabama Media Group. As Vice-President, Marketing and Strategy, she strategically led rebranding initiatives, major account sales of more than $70MM, and led audience-development initiatives increasing page views from 1.2 million annually to over 1 billion utilizing ground-breaking innovations in audience targeting, re-messaging, A/B testing, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
