Lee Bond is the Chief Operating Officer for MxV, parent company of The Focus Group. Before joining MxV and The Focus Group, Lee served as Chief Executive Officer and in other progressive capacities at Singing River Health System for almost a decade from 2013 to 2022 and led Singing River through a massive financial turnaround, creation of a culture of service, and winning the fight against a global pandemic as a Center of Excellence for the State of Mississippi.

Prior to healthcare, Lee served as Vice President of Property Operations at IP Casino in Biloxi, starting in 2005, where he helped navigate the team from last in the market to first in overall guest counts, as well as from an operating loss to one of the highest profit margins in the market. Before the IP, Lee was the Chief Financial Officer for Grand Casino Biloxi, known for the highest service scores in the region at that time. In both healthcare and the casino resort business, Lee used marketing strategy as a foundation for calculated growth and increased market share. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant and has also used his financial skills to assist companies in various roles since 1992.

Lee is also the co-owner of Bond Trucking, a national flatbed long haul carrier, with his wife Tammy, who runs the day-to-day operations. Lee has held many community leadership roles across the coast. He served on the Board of Directors for the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce (Chairman), the Gulf Coast Business Council (Executive Committee), the Bacot-McCarty Foundation (Treasurer), the Pascagoula River Audubon Center, Ducks Unlimited (President), and the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Mississippi Society of CPAs (President).

Lee is a graduate of Leadership Jackson County and humbly recognized as an Outstanding Community Leader for South Mississippi and by the YMCA as Humanitarian of the Year 2021.
